Founder Story

Born from a Late-Night Experiment

We're two friends — **Michael** and **Timothy Shim** — who had a simple question late one night: Why can't healthy fruit snacks taste like an actual dessert?

We grabbed a bag of freeze-dried strawberries, melted some high-quality dark chocolate, and dipped them halfway. The contrast of the airy, tart fruit crunch with the rich cocoa snap was pure magic. We knew we had to share it.
